Shortly after Kushi’s restaurant Edinburgh was re-branded into Kahani, and was taken over by a new owner, it became essential to have a new website which would reflect the change. Kahanirestaurant.co.uk was custom built and designed in order to be user-friendly and intuitive to it’s (mostly regular) customers. The website has 5 main pages, which consist of home, menu, news (blog), gallery, and reservations. The Menu page makes use of tabbed content to allow 8 menus to appear on the same page, and uses accordion drop downs to compress content.
The reservations work like a breeze, allowing customers to specify the exact date and time, as well as the number of guests. Kahani receives the email reservation instantly and the customer is informed automatically that their reservation has been accepted.
